GENERAL FEATURES

-Parellelism between plates is provided through hard crome-steel pins.
-Movements of machine is controlled through selenoid valves and proportional valves providing precise operation.
INJECTION FEATURES
-Adjustible torgue and speed extruder motor for processing flexibility.
-Nitrided screw and barrel.
-Process flexibility with interchangeable screws and barrels for wide selection of injection pressures and rates.
-6 stage injection speed and 6 stage injection pressure.
-6 stage holding time with adjustable pressure and speed at caek stage.
-Cold screw start up protection.
-Adjustable back pressure control.
-Feed throat cooling.
-Large lenght/diameter (L/D) rate of general purpose screw (1/17)
