The machine consists of three stages the
adjusting cover is open in the tank for raw materials.The big bodies are
selected from the small bodies such as dust and brans are selected from the raw
matarials in the second sieving stage.The machine has three throwing out covers
the big bodies are separated from the raw materials in the first cover;The raw
materials in the second cover;the small bodies such as dust and branare isolated
from the raw materials in the third cover.As the sieves are changeable,different
materiols to be sieved can be dismounted easily by loosing the bolts fixinh
sieves and the sieves with different modelare mounted easily.The machine has two
vibra motors these can be regulated in accordance with the vibraion.Thanks to
this adjusting operation,the vibration can be increased and decreased.Thus the
fluidity in the sieves can be regulated the sieve height.The sieving capacity of
themachine varies from 750 kg/hour to 1500 kg/hour according to the different
products.The sieves with double layers are used and there are rubber balls
between them in order that they are not obstructed. As these rubber balls are
hitting to the sieve while vibrating ,they prevent that the holes are obstructed.The
machine is made of dyed sheet metal favourable to the food.
