Homogenizer's main working system consist of
one fixed and one rotary gear. While passing through the gears product gets
cutting, dispersing and grinding. So that a perfect homogenous mixing can be
provided. 2800 RPM speed of the motor provides the homogenized product to be
mixed completely and to be equal in every part of the mixture. The material used
for parts coming into contact with the product are 304 or 316 quality stainless
steel.
